As president, he oversees the company’s online advertising strategies, from email retargeting to search engine optimization. Paul Goode also manages clients' investment returns from their social media campaigns.
Mr. Goode previously served as the vice president of operations at W.H. Demmons, Inc., a design and build engineering firm also based in South Portland. In this capacity, he raised the efficiency of his divisions by implementing a number of procedural changes. Among other things, these included utilizing new inventory software and establishing a more transparent evaluation system for employees.
Paul Goode attended the University of Southern Maine and Southern Maine Community College specializing in HVAC. To enhance his training, he pursued ongoing education in professional finance, management, sales, and human resource training through. Further, he enjoys working with ASHRAE, an organization dedicated to improving the environment by developing sustainable technology.
