Paul's Biography

Throughout his career, Paul Goode of South Portland, Maine, has developed in-depth experience in sales and marketing for companies in a variety of industries.

He began his career as a service technician and project foreman at Ocean Air, Inc., having completed postsecondary studies in HVAC at Southern Maine Community College and the University of Southern Maine (USM). At Ocean Air, Paul Goode demonstrated high-level service and project management skills as well as a commitment to project quality.

Since that time, Paul Goode has gone on to positions of leadership at Thayer Corporation and subsequently at W.H. Demmons, Inc., of Portland. Serving as Vice President of Operations he significantly improved operational efficiency through the implementation of new software systems as well as optimized human resources management. He left this position in 2014 to establish his current company, Green Pastures 23 an online marketing firm, in South Portland.

He takes an active role in the South Portland community as a supporter of Barbara Bush Children's Hospital and Volunteers of America. An avid outdoorsman, he also enjoys mountain climbing, boating, fishing, and a variety of other hobbies in his free time.
