Throughout his career, he has proven his talent for leadership and sales management and become very experienced with designing and negotiating large-scale projects.

Paul Goode currently serves as the Founder and President of Green Pastures 23 Online Marketing, an online advertising, SEO, email marketing, and social media management company in South Portland, Maine. Under his guidance, the team at Green Pastures 23 provides everything from press releases and pay-per-click guidance to search engine optimization and online reputation management.

Paul Goode began preparing for his successful career by attending USM and Southern Maine Community College, where he as part of the HVAC program. After college Paul joined Ocean Air, Inc. taking on the role of service technician. Three years later, he joined Thayer Corporation as a Southern Maine service technician and service sales representative. He became a sales engineer at W.H. Demmons, Inc., in 2008. Paul proudly served W.H. Demmons for six years before resigning from his role as Vice President of Operations to found his current company in South Portland.

Paul is grateful to have been able to work for such reputable companies and also receive the training they provided in engineering, extensive sales and marketing, human resources, professional finance and leadership.

experience. He has worked with clients from dozens of industries operating
in as many marketplaces. Additionally, he has 2 years’ experience in
online affiliate marketing and has successfully designed promotional
campaigns ranging from energy efficient geothermal and solar products
to financial and business opportunities. Prior to founding Green Pastures
23, Paul proudly served as Vice President of Operations for W.H. Demmons,
Inc. of Portland, Maine, where he led a team of 25+ employees. During his
leadership the company’s revenue increased by approximately $2.5 million
dollars. One of the most valuable tools he has gained through all of his
business experience is an intimate understanding of how diverse each client’s
needs can be, and how important excellence in customer service, transparency,
and reliability is in a customer-business relationship. These experiences
have provided him with the opportunity to found the online marketing firm
